Actually having another request, the "map-pick"; dunno how to call it.
Right now, if map x is played, the same map x can be played as early as another one map (let's say y) is played.
Now humans are creatures of habit: they vote for the same political party, even they have no clue about politics, or even worse: because someone else told them to do so or everyone they know is doing it.
Humans listen to the the same music because they liking it, even so they could try new music. But they're lazy etc.
What I'm trying to get to: not a long time ago we played a lot of different maps, which are all were really fun and good. But since some are liked just a tad more than others, the majority just vote for the same
4 maps, for like more than
1 year. Just really stubborn.
Yes, that's the bad effect of majority votes, liberal stuff etc.
You can call them old-established.
The argument is always the same "we can't play those maps very good, stick to that", or "it's not as good as those 4".
I'm not want to force anyone, just remind how good the other maps are; there are 4 - 5 other good maps.
So if you could set the "map-pick" to like 7, we could play our all-time loved 4 maps and try other 4 out. That would reignite the love for those other maps
So example: map x played -> map x can only be played again after 7 other maps have been played.
I think this approach can be applied to every other game with x amount of maps in a mapcycle.
Thanks in advance.
